Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Augie, Kebbi State. The role involves: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦90,000 per project, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
