What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
