Now hiring: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Weber County, Utah. You will be based in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. You will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,400 per month plus benefits.
