We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Rabah, Sokoto State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
