Powder coating technician — Makoda

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Makoda, Kano State. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Full-time, day shift.
