Line cook wanted in Franklin County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Franklin County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
