Mobile crane operator • Kagarko, Kaduna State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Kagarko, Kaduna State. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
