Back-of-house cleaner • Trinity County, Texas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Trinity County, Texas. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
