Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Zango, Katsina State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer ₦100,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
