Head baker — Harrison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Harrison County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
