Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Emure, Ekiti State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
