Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Stoddard County, Missouri. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience.
