Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Hamilton County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Rotating shifts.
