Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in DeWitt County, Texas. The role involves: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool Requirements: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
