Trainee butcher wanted in Abak

Now hiring: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. The job is in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
