Immediate opening: we are hiring an order picker operator in Kaufman County, Texas. The job is in a cold storage facility. Ideal candidate: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety Your main tasks: • Stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking • Sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris • Position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load • Top up the hydraulic oil and grease the mast chains • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit Rotating shifts.
