Meat trimmer wanted in Dimmit County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Dimmit County, Texas. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
