Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Lorain County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. Day to day you will refuel the machine and record running hours; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
