Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife.
