Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The job is in a tool room. Day-to-day duties: • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
