Tandoor cook wanted in Karaye

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Karaye, Kano State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Meals and transport allowance provided.
