Bakery assistant — Daggett County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Daggett County, Utah. The job is at a cake shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking.
