Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Finney County, Kansas. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
