Bakery assistant — Miami-Dade County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The job is at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
