We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal. On the job you will handle: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 6+ years on the tools preferred.
