Urgent requirement: tandoor cook (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Lamar County, Georgia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
