Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
