What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone Rotating shifts.
