Short order cook wanted in Odo Otin

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Odo Otin, Osun State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Overtime paid at a premium rate.
