The role involves: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Refuel the machine and record running hours • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear Ideal candidate: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Part-time with flexible hours.
