Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Day-to-day duties: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
