Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Steele County, Minnesota. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Day to day you will check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
