Waitress wanted in Trafford

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Trafford, England. You will work at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
