Urgent requirement: pastry baker (Missouri)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Greene County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
