Tandoor cook — Morgan County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Morgan County, Utah. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
