Line cook wanted in Saint Clair County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Saint Clair County, Michigan. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts.
