On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Clear and reset tables between covers Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 1+ years on the tools preferred.
