Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Lee County, Kentucky. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
