We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Elbert County, Colorado. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Part-time with flexible hours.
