Immediate opening: grill cook (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Atkinson County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 6+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
