We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
