Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
