Bread and bun maker wanted in Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Warren County, Ohio. You will be based in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
