Bar waiter wanted in Hidalgo County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Hidalgo County, Texas. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. The role involves: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
