You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
