We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Cottle County, Texas. You will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 3+ years on the tools preferred.
