Vacancy available: powder coater (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Harrison County, Texas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
