Captain waiter • Pueblo County, Colorado

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Pueblo County, Colorado. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner 2+ years on the tools preferred.
