Powder coating sprayer — Akpabuyo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Akpabuyo, Cross River State. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
