Head baker wanted in Monroe County

Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Monroe County, Iowa. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Rotating shifts.
